At the table, not in the screen
The scrap paper usually fails just as the hand gets good. Someone miscounts, someone else forgets the dealer, and the evening turns into an argument about numbers. ProtocolPlay keeps the tally. You keep the game.
The web app is ready now, with no account. App Store and Google Play follow when store accounts are ready.
What the app is
This is not a digital deck and not a casino. The cards stay in your hands. The app remembers points, whose deal it is, and how the evening looked when you go home. You can start at once — local protocols are free and need no sign-in.
No account to play. No randomness. No transfers. Optional house amounts are a display from your rules, in the currency you choose.
Local protocols are free and unlimited. Cloud is only if you want to sync between devices or invite friends.
The buttons are made for thumbs and for several people reading the same screen. Points are entered on the app keypad, not the phone keyboard.
If you want a figure from your rules, switch it on in the template. The app calculates. It never moves money and has no pot.
Show a QR before Start, or invite linked friends. The same deal on several phones. Optional with Moln (Cloud).
A regular evening
Open Chicago, Plump or your own template. The house rules you already use — win threshold, buy-stop, amounts — are filled in once and follow every new round.
When the deal ends you tap who it applies to, then the combination or the number. The buttons are large enough for several people to watch the same screen. The system keyboard does not cover the hand.
The protocol remembers every deal. When you finish, you get history, statistics and — if you want — a display amount from the house rule. Money stays outside the app, as it always did.
Templates for the table
Win 52, buy-stop 43
Combinations are tapped as tiles in the protocol. The dealer rotates and the last trick counts. The default template follows common Nordic house rules. Move the thresholds if your table plays tighter or looser.
Open Chicago
3–7 players
Bids and tricks at the table. The default template goes from 10 cards down to 1 and back up — 20 deals, with two one-card hands. 10 plus the bid if you make it, zero on a plump. 5 for the win plus the trick gap.
Open Plump
The same deal, several screens
When you are not sharing one phone, Moln (Cloud) takes the round live. Show a QR in setup so others sit down, or let linked friends get an invite when you start. If two people tap at once, the first action stands — you do not argue about whose list is right.

Recommended
Account, unlimited cloud, QR friends, live on several phones and push. Everything you need when the protocol should sync.
No. You can keep protocol all evening without signing in. An account is only needed when you want cloud sync, QR friends or to play live on separate phones.
No. There is no randomness, no pot and no transfers between players. The cards are physical. The app is a protocol tool — the same role as lined paper, only clearer.
Chicago and Plump ship as templates. You can change win threshold, buy-stop, exchanges and house amounts, or build your own template around the same idea: you play, the app counts.
An optional display figure from your house rules, for example a base plus an amount per point interval. It shows in the protocol. The app is not a party to settlements and does not charge between players.
Yes. What you play at the table stays on the device. Cloud, friends and live share are optional when you want to take the protocol with you.
Open the web app and start this evening. The scrap paper can stay in the drawer.
