3–7 players

Plump, one number at a time.

Plump needs a clear number per deal, not casino chrome. You bid and take tricks at the table. The app shows how many cards to deal, blocks a last bid that would equal the tricks, and remembers whose deal is next.

A template for 3 to 7

The default template is 20 deals: 10 cards down to 1, then 1 back up to 10. A one-card deal is held to the forehead. If you are too many for 10 cards each, the start is lowered — 7 cards when you are seven. Full or half rounds are a template setting. There is no buy-stop. The last bid must not make the total equal the tricks in the deal.

A keypad instead of the keyboard

Bids and tricks are entered on the app keypad with large targets. Make the bid and you get 10 plus what you said. Plump and you get zero — no points and no tricks. The system keyboard should not cover the protocol mid-deal.

House amounts as at the table

The winner has the most points after the last deal. The default is 5 for the win plus 1 per trick the winner is ahead. If the loser has more tricks, only the win is paid. On a points tie the win is split, and the trick gap goes to whoever took more tricks.

Frequently asked questions

How many can play plump here?

The template allows 3 to 7 players. The card count drops if the deck cannot deal 10 each.

Does the app bid for us?

No. Bids and tricks happen at the table. You enter the numbers. The protocol, dealer and last-bid rule stay in the app.

Does plump work offline?

Yes. Local protocols need neither an account nor a network.
